1. Introduction

3.3 Disqualifying Circumstances

4. Account Registration & Verification

4.1 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information when registering an Account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. Any deliberate misrepresentation constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and the forfeiture of any funds held therein.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each individual natural person is permitted to hold one registered Account only. Operating multiple Accounts — whether in your own name, in a family member's name, or through the use of proxies or false identities — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, all associated Accounts will be closed and balances reviewed in accordance with our compliance obligations.

4.3 KYC Verification

sangtoto operates a mandatory KYC process. Before any withdrawal is approved, Players are required to submit satisfactory documentary evidence of identity and age (such as a Malaysian MyKad or passport), proof of residential address (such as a recent utility bill or bank statement), and, where applicable, documentation confirming ownership of the payment method used. Failure to complete KYC to our satisfaction within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.

4.4 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials. You must not share Account access with any other person. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify sangtoto immediately via live chat. sangtoto accepts no liability for losses arising from a Player's failure to protect their own login credentials.

5. Deposits & Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

sangtoto accepts deposits via a range of Malaysian payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and direct bank transfers from major Malaysian financial institutions including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and RHB Bank. Cryptocurrency deposits are accepted via USDT TRC20. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) where applicable.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is MYR 30 for most payment methods. Specific minimums applicable to individual payment options are displayed on the cashier page at the time of transaction. sangtoto reserves the right to amend minimum deposit thresholds without prior notice.

5.3 Player Funds

Funds deposited are held in a designated player account and are not used for operational expenses. Deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. sangtoto reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit where the source of funds cannot be satisfactorily confirmed.

5.4 Third-Party Payments

Payments made from accounts belonging to third parties will not be accepted. Where a third-party deposit is identified, the transaction will be reversed and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.

6. Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Conditions

Players may request withdrawal of Real-Money Funds at any time, subject to the completion of KYC verification, the absence of any active wagering requirement on the balance, and the absence of any ongoing investigation or compliance review affecting the Account.

6.2 Processing Times

sangtoto aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. Indicative processing times are as follows: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically completed within 5 minutes; DuitNow and FPX bank transfers typically clear within 5 to 15 minutes during normal banking hours; direct bank wires and cryptocurrency withdrawals are typically completed within 15 to 60 minutes. These are indicative ranges and are not guarantees. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where compliance review is required.

6.3 Withdrawal Method

Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. Where this is not possible, sangtoto will process the withdrawal via an alternative verified method following satisfactory identity confirmation.

6.4 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are set per payment method and are displayed on the cashier page. Any bonus-derived winnings may be subject to a maximum cash-out cap as specified in the applicable promotion terms.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable Real-Money Funds. The wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated on the relevant promotion page. As an illustrative example, a wagering requirement of X15 applied to a MYR 100 bonus requires the Player to wager a cumulative total of MYR 1,500 before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.

7.3 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play

When a Player holds an active Bonus balance, a maximum single-bet or spin stake applies. This limit is typically between MYR 25 and MYR 50 per round unless specified otherwise in the promotion terms. Placing a bet in excess of this limit while a Bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the Bonus and any associated winnings.

7.4 Game Contribution Rates

Not all game types contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Standard contribution rates are: video slots — 100%; live dealer table games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette) — 10% to 20%; sports betting wagers — varies by market and promotion. 7.5 Bonus Expiry

7.6 Abuse & Exploitation

sangtoto reserves the right to withhold, void, or claw back bonuses and associated winnings where there is evidence of systematic bonus exploitation, collusion, arbitrage, or other conduct that we determine to be contrary to the spirit of the promotion. Decisions made under this clause are final.

8. Gameplay & Betting Rules

8.1 Game Rules

Each game category on the sangtoto platform is governed by its own specific rules as displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules applicable to each game before placing wagers.

8.2 Technical Interruptions

In the event of a technical disruption that occurs mid-game or mid-bet, sangtoto will make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter fairly. Where a game outcome cannot be verified, the wager may be voided and the stake returned. sangtoto's decision on such matters is final.

8.3 Sports Betting Markets

All sports betting wagers, including pre-match and in-play markets covering Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, international football competitions, UFC, and other events, are governed by the specific betting rules applicable to each market as displayed at the time of wagering. Settlement of wagers is based on official results from recognised governing bodies.

8.4 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of an error, malfunction, or misprice affecting any game or betting market, sangtoto reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the relevant stakes. Winnings arising from a known or obvious error will not be honoured.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the sangtoto platform:

• Registering more than one Account, whether personally or through a proxy.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in any manner.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain.
• Depositing funds derived from unlawful activities or engaging in any form of money laundering through the platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent documentation during the KYC process.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing sangtoto staff or other platform users.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise compromise the security or integrity of the platform.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

10.1 Suspension by sangtoto

sangtoto reserves the right to suspend or close any Account, with or without prior notice, where we reasonably suspect or determine: a breach of these Terms; fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful conduct; failure to complete KYC to our satisfaction; or for any other reason required by our regulatory or compliance obligations.

10.2 Voluntary Closure

Players may request the closure of their own Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Prior to closure, any remaining Real-Money Balance (excluding unvested Bonus Funds) will be subject to a final verification check before release.

10.3 Dormant Accounts

An Account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. A small administrative maintenance fee may be applied to dormant accounts on a monthly basis thereafter, as permitted under applicable regulations. 11. Responsible Gambling

Nothing in these Terms shall limit liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence to the extent that such limitation is prohibited by law.

sangtoto makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Access to and use of the Platform is at your own risk.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on the sangtoto platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, game interfaces, and audiovisual elements, is the property of sangtoto or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the Platform for personal, non-commercial use only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or public display of platform content without our express written consent is prohibited.

14. Amendments to These Terms

sangtoto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide advance notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

15. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which sangtoto holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with our support team shall be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism stipulated by our licencing authority.

Players are encouraged to raise any dispute or complaint with our support team in the first instance. We will acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 14 working days.
